Whether it's for stress relief or therapeutic benefit, using the many different modalities included in myomassology can help in balancing the mind, body and spirit.

Myomassology is an integrated approach to massage therapy. It’s a mix of many different techniques, including ancient forms and relatively new techniques. Some of these modalities include Swedish massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, orthopedic assesment, shiatsu, energy balancing, reiki, and many more.
